FAQ

What are NFT’s?

NFT is an abbreviation for Non Fungible Token. It represents a unique digital asset and can be bought and sold like any other piece of property. The token is stored on a blockchain and acts as a proof of ownership of the digital art. The tokens can be bought and sold on various NFT market places such as Opense.io

In purchasing an NFT that originated from me, you are guaranteed that it is authentic and an original work created by me.

Purchasing

Once you have purchased an artwork, you should have revealed a link to the file and also a password for the zip file you are downloading. This is held on the IPFS (Inter Planetary File System) so that it is always available, independent of any servers. Sometimes, if downloading on a Mac, you may need to use alternative software to unzip the package as it may not recognise the password with the default Mac software.

Prints

If your purchase of an NFT includes a physical print, here is the information you need to understand what you are receiving and how it will get to you.

The print is signed and numbered, then a certificate of authenticity is signed and stamped to accompany your print.

Prints are supplied as unmounted C-Type Kodak Metallic digital prints, which has a rich metallic base. The colours have a reflective, metallic and 3-dimensional feel. High mid-tones and highlights add luminosity and iridescence. The finish is a medium gloss, with a smooth texture.

The prints are carefully covered with tissue paper and bubble wrap, eliminating the danger of any surface scratches or folds. Once wrapped up, the print is carefully rolled up and placed into a heavy duty postal tube and secured and sealed at both ends.
